In this week’s bonus video I show you how to roll any dough with ease. This method works great for getting super thin pizza crust!
I love crunchy, thin crust pizza, but I was having trouble getting something similar at home. I thought, maybe I just can’t do it, maybe the restaurant guys know something I don’t. WRONG. The key is a super hot oven and rolling out the dough really, really thin.
I couldn’t get the dough thin enough. Even if I greased it or floured it the dough stuck to everything, made a mess and was a giant pain in the you know what. That was until I sandwiched the dough between a sheet of parchment and plastic wrap. As you will see in the video below, this method makes quick, easy and mess free work of rolling out any dough, even sticky no knead dough.
* Make sure you read the full recipe and watch the entire video before making this or any of my recipes, not every tip makes it into the video

You can use the method with any dough but it works especially great with these:
