How long have you been tinkering around with this “whole food” thing? For me it’s been a work in progress for the last 8 months or so. Have you hit the point yet where it feels like there is nothing to eat? That you want a snack but, that can of beans, is canned and has chemicals. Yogurt? Not organic, same with their pint of strawberries…
As I walk down the path to more whole foods in my diet I sometimes despair to myself as I cruise through the supermarket… “What is there even left to eat?” As I read more about restaurants like subway, a former lunch time treat for me, and organic and GMO and every other buzz word in the food world, it feels like food is disappearing off my plate. It either gives me cancer, makes me fat, or both! We all need some healthy snacks to keep us going though the day!
To help combat this I am sharing a humongous list of 100 healthy snacks. Stuff you can stock up on now and feel great about eating anytime. Over the next ten weeks I will share a list of great snacks some simple, some more involved recipes, but all what I consider healthy.
What to expect?
Each week I will publish a list of ten yummy recipes with all the instructions you will need.
Along with the recipes I will create a downloadable shopping list you can print at home to take to the store, or use as a jumping off point for your normal grocery shopping list.
